This policy supplements our Terms of Use and applies to all content on cpa.guru, including content sent by programs, companies and users.
1. Moderation
All content sent to us may be reviewed before or after publication. We decide at our sole discretion whether to publish, edit, shorten, restrict, hide or remove any content, listing, rating or review, and we are not obliged to publish anything or to give reasons for our decisions.
2. Content that is not allowed
- Unlawful content, or content that promotes illegal activity.
- False, misleading or fake information, including fake ratings or reviews.
- Defamation, insults, threats, harassment or discrimination.
- Personal data of others beyond business contact details, or data shared without the right to do so.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights.
- Spam, malware, phishing, or links with tracking or referral parameters.
- Any other content that we consider inappropriate for the Site.
3. Ratings and reviews (when available)
Ratings and reviews express the opinions of their authors, not ours. We do not verify them and are not responsible for them. A review must be based on the author’s own experience. Anyone who received compensation for a review must disclose it. We may hold, hide or remove ratings and reviews, including unusual bursts of activity, at our discretion.
4. Reporting content
To report content that you believe is inaccurate, unlawful or breaks this policy, use the “Report” link on the page or write to legal@cpa.guru. Include the link to the content, what is wrong and why, and your contact details if you want a reply. We review reports and take the action we consider appropriate.
5. Removal of personal data
If your name or business contact details are published and you want them corrected or removed, write to legal@cpa.guru. We may ask you to confirm that the request is yours. See also our Privacy Policy.
6. Corrections from companies
Representatives of a company may request a correction of its listing through the “Suggest an edit” form or at partners@cpa.guru. We may ask for proof of authority and decide on corrections at our discretion.
7. Changes
We may change this policy at any time. The date of the current version is shown on this page.
